We are looking for a Supervisor in our Cheshire Oaks Outlet

£9.75 per hour + 10% OTE Monthly Bonus (20 - 38 hours per week)

To succeed in this position, you must have a basic understanding of the sales process. Preferably you will have supervisory experience within fashion or footwear retail and the ability to lead a team.

In addition, you will have:

- Flexibility to work between Monday-Sunday
- A passion for retail and bring high levels of energy and commitment to the Company
- Possess a natural, friendly sales style
- Have a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude
- Be positive ,supportive, flexible, and actively taking responsibility
