The Best Connection are looking for an Operations Administrator to join a great team, at one of our clients in Walton Summit, Preston.

**Core Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the Material Handlers to update batch process orders in SAP1
- Solving problems within SAP errors, working collaboratively with SAP Super Users
- Carryout SAP processes to complete batch sheets
- Scanning completed batch sheets
- Supporting with raising purchase orders in SAP for factory consumables
- Providing administrative support for Health & Safety Manager and Engineering function.
- Occasional work at the sister site (around the corner) to support administrative duties if required

**Shifts**:

- Monday to Friday
- 08.30 - 16.30 (15.30 finish on Friday's)
- 35 hours per week

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Computer Literate MS Office Packages
- SAP - Experience Preferred - training provided
- Good interpersonal skills
- Organised Administrator
- Ability to solve problems
- Team player
- Conscientious and reliable
- Comfortable within a factory / office environment
- Flexible approach with the willingness to learn new skills
- Have the ability to manage own workload / prioritise as necessary

**Benefits & Requirements**:

- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
- Ongoing Assignment
- Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
- Training Provided
