Supported Living Team Leader

You will be a mentor to support workers out on the road/in office to ensure that we are providing the best possible care. Your role will still be very much hands-on with the clients. Although you will have added responsibilities such as medication and administrative jobs along with managing client finances and medication audits. You will conduct medication competencies and regular spot checks followed up with staff supervisions. You will also be in charge of managing support workers and making sure they are providing the best possible care to our clients. You will also be expected to be a part of the out of hours on call team.

You will be expected to do 1 on call week per month.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Experience in care is essential, preferably held a team leader/senior role in supported living.
- NVQ 3 or equivalent (or working towards this)
- A warm & friendly personality
- A good communicator
- Able to use initiative
- Able to lead a team
- Keen to take on responsibility
- Medication trained

Pay: £12.48 per hour
