**JOB - Production Supervisor**
**LOCATION - Northwest London**
**TERM - Permanent**
**SALARY - £30,000 to £45,000 per annum

**The Production Supervisor will ideally have the following attributes**:
- Experience of leading a team
- At least 2 years’ experience within a Manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of 3D CAD and the ability to read engineering drawings
- Qualified in Engineering ideally (NVQ / HNC / HND / Degree or similar) OR qualified by experience
- Ability to motivate a team to meet production targets
- Understanding of KPI monitoring
- Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Be self-motivated and have a positive attitude
**The Production Supervisor role will involve**:
- Overseeing the production team and ensuring work is carried out effectively
- Also being hands-on when need be - checking engineering drawings and working on updates and improvements
- Ensuring orders are on time and testing is complete
- Monitoring KPI’s and ensuring targets are met
- Liaising with other departments where necessary
- Ensuring the Production department are complying with Health & Safety regulations and company policies
- Tackling any issues that may arise throughout production
- Working to continuously improve quality standards
