**The Team**

The Operations Logistics team keep us moving. From goods-in of raw materials and componentry to warehousing and shipping our finished goods to our customer across the globe; the Operations Logistics team are at the forefront of the operations team. The Operations Logistics team coordinate and supply our Manufacturing teams with the quality raw materials to make batches of liquid, creams and gels; while ensuring that our Production teams have the componentry for filling and packaging. The Warehouse team co-ordinates and supports the goods-in of raw materials storage and processes finished goods through the warehousing and shipping in the UK and across the globe.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Operative works within our Lowmoor facility in supporting our factory to meet the storage and distribution needs. Operating with a safety first ethos, the Warehouse Operatives operate mechanical vehicles and equipment to offload, store and distribute goods in and despatch, ensuring that paper and digital records are kept accurately and up to date while liaising with warehouse and factory colleagues to provide an outstanding service to our unique business. You will be predominantly based in our Lowmoor site, approximately 1 mile away from the Wellington factory, you’ll also be working very closely with the factory based stores colleagues.

**Culture**

Our Warehouse team are a closely-knit hard working group that work together with multiple departments to get the job done. Although you will be part of a relatively small team, our customers and our factory depends on the work and support of the Operations Logistics team to keep things moving.

**What does a typical day look like?**
- You will use your team working skills to pick and prepare finished goods for delivery
- You will use your attention to detail to complete accurate paperwork
- You will use your training and experience in Forklift Trucks and machinery to move, store and load stock in accordance with training and Health and Safety policies.
- You will use your communication skills to liaise with colleagues and managers in prioritising of key tasks and activities

- Knowledge of basic warehousing
- Basic knowledge of stock keeping principles
- Good communication skills
- FLT License
