**Job description**

We are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to take on the role of **Support Worker** to assist our client who lives in their own home in **Rugeley**.

**Shift Pattern**:
**Week 1: Tuesday 8am-4pm, Wednesday 8am-5pm, Thursday 8am-5pm**

**Week 2: Tuesday 8am-4pm, Wednesday 8am-5pm, Saturday 8am-1pm, Sunday 8am-1pm and 5pm-10pm**
- Female (due to the nature of this role)
- Caring nature and empathetic
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop
- No experience necessary as we provide full training suited to the requirements of the client

**Your duties**:

- Supporting the client with their day-to-day tasks whilst promoting their independence and using a person-centred approach
- Supporting the client with personal care
- Assisting the client with medication
- Completing domestic tasks including cleaning
- Assisting the client with their mobility and transfers
- Supporting and encouraging the client's hobbies and personal interests and assisting them into the community

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rugeley, Staffordshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
