You will be well organised and able to work at a fast pace. In addition, you will have good IT and administrative skills. Your personality is key You will be the first person our customers speak with when they contact the spa. It will come naturally to you to display a confident and welcoming telephone manner with clear communication skills ensuring the customer is always the top priority. Shifts will vary and the hours of work are between 8:30am and 8.00pm, including weekends. **Thermae Bath Spa**is an award-winning day spa located in the heart of the world heritage city of Bath.
