**About the role**

**About the person**
- A level 3 teaching qualification
- Assessors qualification (desirable)
- Experience of teaching adults up to and including level 3 qualifications
- Sector knowledge in any of the following: Customer Service, Care, Digital, Construction, Security, math or English
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of working with unemployed learners and JCP
- Demonstratable experience of working on employer lead programmes
