We are looking for a**Plumber** to join the Excelcare team covering our **London Care Homes in Peckham, Tulse Hill, Brixton, Sydenham, Bromley and Stepney Green.**

As a member of the Maintenance Team you will be required to deliver a first-class service within our London based Care Homes, covering plumbing works such as tracing and fixing leaks, to installing a new en-suite shower.

As the majority of our work is reactive based, this is a fast-paced role that requires consistent delivery of excellent customer service as well as high quality work.

**What to expect**:
Hours: Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm, and you will be required to attend emergency call outs.

**Salary**: £41,715 per annum/£160 per day

**£500 Welcome Bonus**

**Purpose of the role**:
To meet the needs and expectations of our residents, keeping the premises maintained to a high standard of repair, presentation, and readiness through:

- Carrying out planned and responsive maintenance and improvement works
- Fault finding and leak investigations
- General plumbing repairs
- Replacements & refurbishment work

**About you**:
You must be able to achieve the highest standard of customer service, be able to work under pressure, possess a flexible approach and be prepared to travel around the care homes within London.
- NVQ qualified in Plumbing and Heating
- **Full UK driving licence and car/van is required**:
