We are currently seeking **General Operatives** to join our finishing and quality control team. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a growing company and to contribute directly to the high-quality standards our customers expect.
**ey Responsibilities**
As a General Operative in the finishing/quality control area, your duties will include:
- Inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Performing general cleaning and upkeep of the work area to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
- Supporting colleagues across different production tasks as required.
- Identifying defects and reporting issues to supervisors for corrective action.
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard within agreed timeframes.
**Skills & Attributes**
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or finishing environment is desirable but not essential (training will be provided).
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Ability to use hand tools and finishing equipment safely and effectively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks.
- Good team player with strong communication skills.
- A proactive attitude towards health, safety, and housekeeping standards.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21-£13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
