As a Customer Services Assistant at our Bournemouth Hospital, you’ll be the first point of call for anyone looking to access our services. That means providing accurate information, via a variety of media, in a professional and timely manner. You will need to be a quick-thinker with a can do attitude who takes pride in ensuring excellent service is delivered every time.

**As our Customer Services Assistant you will**:
Provide written quotations for outpatient and surgical treatment
Manage the end-to-end customer journey, taking ownership at each touch point
Work closely with colleagues across the hospital, establishing great working relationships that enhance the patient journey
Organise and host open events highlighting our services, ensuring attendees receive a warm welcome and are provided with all the information they need in order to make an informed decision regarding future treatment
Be part of a busy team, working individually and together to deliver the highest standards of customer service

What are we looking for from you to join our team?

Excellent verbal and written skills
A positive, proactive and customer focused attitude
An ability to prioritise and manage your workload in a fast-paced team environment
Demonstrable experience in a customer service/ administrative role
High levels of accuracy and a keen eye for detail
Strong administration skills, preferably with experience using a CRM system
