Position: Operations Resilience Analyst

**The role**:
Has a global focus, covering all regions and distribution channels the client operates in. You will be Participate in all aspects of **Operational Resilience** and **Business Continuity**, ensuring that these principles are also aligned with the clients **Information Security practices**.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with relevant stakeholders, **implement the Operational Resilience regulatory requirements** and align with our Business Continuity practices, ensure they are reviewed regularly and the appropriate framework is followed.

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- Knowledgeable and conversant with the principles set out in the FCA/PRA Operational Resilience regulations, and the Central Bank of Ireland's (CBI) Operational Resilience guidelines.
- Experienced in business analysis techniques and/or a background in Business Continuity would be advantageous
- Experience in financial services is highly desirable but not required.
- Experience in the insurance industry is desirable but not required.
- Experience of Information Security concepts is desirable but not required.
