**Job Position: Operation/Project Assistant - Biophilia**

**Job Overview**:
An exciting hands-on position is available to join the Leaflike Team as a full-time or Part-Time Project/Operations assistant.
- ** This is not a desk job**:
A rewarding and interesting role in varied environments including travelling within the UK and regularly into London. **Attributes we require are**:

- Clean driving licence and driving in and around London.
- Must have enthusiasm and willingness to reliably work alone or as part of a team.
- A very practical hands-on solution provider.
- Ability to think round onsite challenges and instigate solutions.
- Lift and carry product, load vans, deliver and install for clients.
- Ability to organize and plan.
- Practical with tools and installing green walls and plant displays and more.
- A positive team player and contributor.
- Willingness and a can-do attitude and to go the extra mile at any opportunity to satisfy the customer's needs.
- Prepared to adapt to change to ensure we continue to serve and meet customers' needs.
- Take responsibility for executing tasks and have the initiative to find solutions to problems.
- Take a proactive approach to jobs in hand and ensure products arrive on time and installations are executed smoothly.
- Must align with team core values - Willingness, Integrity, Teamwork, Respect.
