Search are pleased to be recruiting for a Maintenance Operative on behalf of our rapidly expanding client based in Livingston.

The role will primarily involve maintaining the grounds, buildings and equipment/machines to a high standard and ensuring they are kept in a good working order. Working with this client, duties will include but are not limited to:

- Routine maintenance work and equipment testing including fire alarms and emergency lighting.
- Grounds maintenance compromising of grass cutting, strimming and weed control.
- Window cleaning, power washing and painting.
- Being a point of contact for members of staff to raise any maintenance issues with.
- Complying with all company polices and ensuring materials are ordered cost effectively.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a client who is rapidly expanding on a full time, permanent basis.
