Consulting brings together multiple teams across Transactions, Risk & Consulting, ABA, and Outsourcing to provide client-centric solutions for RSM’s current and future clients within the middle market. Our Consulting team has a major role to play in driving forward the growth of the firm with over 1,700 people delivering almost £200m revenue.

At the heart of Consulting are the six solutions we offer our clients: business transformation, deal services, finance function support, risk and governance, forensic and investigation services, and restructuring. An exciting opportunity to work within the Restructuring Delivery Team, alongside our graduate and school leaver intake making a significant contribution towards the overall future development and success of the RDT.

Corporate insolvency experience is essential. You will be expected to undertake tasks within RDT and make a significant contribution towards the overall future development and success of RDT. The team is split into ‘seat’s each of which cover a specific area of insolvency such as ‘investigations’ or ‘closure’.

You'll make an impact by:

- Assisting and supporting the Restructuring Delivery Team.
- Assisting and supporting the delivery of processes of each RDT seat in accordance with RDT standard procedures and relevant compliance.
- Dealing with all pre-appointment Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation matters.
- Dealing with all non-asset and complex investigation post appointment insolvency matters across all Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidations, Administration and Compulsory Liquidation matters.

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience in Restructuring Advisory and / or Insolvency in a similar role.
- Good understanding of IPS or similar case management system.
- Strong organisational and time management skills and able to demonstrate a strong commercial outlook.
- Proven communication skills due to internal stakeholder management.
- Commitment to high quality delivery within agreed timeframes.
