**JOB TITLE: DIGITAL CONTENT CREATOR**

**BASED: EXETER, DEVON**

**DEPARTMENT: WEB AND E-COMMERCE**

**REPORTS TO: DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER**

**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**

To create compelling, industry-leading digital content that engages relevant audiences and helps to grow and develop Original Style and its subsequent brands online. This role requires someone who is creative to establish and manage digital content using a range of techniques, across channels including websites and social media.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in growing Original Style and subsequent brands on all relevant digital platforms, with a specific focus on social media, to meet Company objectives.
- Create various forms of social media content in line with the Company’s social media strategy, this includes but is not limited to captions, video, images and graphics that generates engagement across a variety of social media platforms including Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Publish and schedule posts according to the established social media content calendar.
- Work alongside our Digital Marketing agency to create display adverts that engage, inspire and meet required KPI’s.
- Assist the Web and E-commerce team in the creation of website content for Original Style and subsequent brands.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager and the wider Marketing Team to ensure that every piece of digital content is relevant and helps the Company maximise engagement, reach and sales.
- Ensure every piece of digital content created aligns with the relevant brand voice.
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager in the day-to-day running of digital marketing platforms including Google and Microsoft business profiles, social media pages and influencer collaborations.

These are the main functions of the job but the incumbent may be required to carry out other duties as may be reasonably required to meet the demands of the business.

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends, algorithms and engagement strategies.
- Ability to work with creative tools like Adobe and scheduling tools.
- Portfolio of quality video content, preferably in use in a social media setting (Reels, Tiktok etc.).
- Portfolio of photographic content, preferably created and edited for social media.
- Willingness to travel to capture off-site projects from case studies through to influencer collaborations.
- Demonstration of comprehensive copy writing skills.
- Proven experience in creating engaging content on different digital platforms.
- Ability to turn a concept into compelling content.
- Ability to incorporate the Company’s brand voice and identity into digital content.
- Extensive knowledge of the popular social media platforms, with a particular focus on Instagram.
- Knowledge of social commerce activity would be an advantage.

Original Style is based in air-conditioned offices with free parking close to junction 30 of the M5 at Falcon Road, Sowton Industrial Estate, Exeter, Devon, EX2 7LF.
