**Role Description**

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Project Co-ordinator at izon live in Belfast, with flexibility for remote work. The Project Co-ordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and clients to drive successful project outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning and coordination of projects, ensuring all tasks are completed according to timelines and goals
- Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes
- Chair stakeholder meetings
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocations, keeping stakeholders informed of progress
- Support all stakeholders in maintaining project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project risks and issues, escalating them as needed to the
- Coordinate communication between team members, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution
- Assist in the preparation of project status updates and presentations for stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to project standards and processes
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management and clients
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external vendors and suppliers

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- minimum 3 years of experience in project co-ordination, preferably in software.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and works well under pressure
- Efficiency driven mentality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £35,000.00 per year
