Overview:
As a receptionist, you will provide administrative support to businesses and individuals by handling front desk operations, managing communication channels, and assisting with organizational tasks. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Coordinate and manage client appointments.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with general office tasks such as data entry, filing, document preparation, and maintaining office supplies.
- **Customer Service**: Provide professional and courteous assistance to clients, ensuring inquiries and issues are handled efficiently and with a positive attitude.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client information, appointments, and communications.
- **Mail and Package Management**: Receive and distribute mail or packages as required by the client.
- **Client Liaison**: Act as a bridge between the client and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- **Excellent Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with a wide variety of clients.

**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role (preferred).
