We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director. The role involves
- liaising with departmental heads
- co-ordinating meeting logistics including meeting documentation and following up on agreed actions
- collaborating effectively with departmental heads, acting as an additional resource in periods of absence or peak demand

The successful applicant will report directly to the Managing Director.

You will work with all departments from the wider business including Business Development, Marketing, Membership, Digital Transformation, Compliance, Finance, ADR and Customer Service.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Support the MD with meeting notes and ensuring actions are completed on time
- Coordinate initiatives and developments to help drive the business
- Take ownership of problems identified and see the action through to the end
- Liaise with senior colleagues to ensure quality data is regularly produced
- Liaise with the insurer to ensure their request for information are handled in a timely manner
- Proofread all external documentation (e.g. marketing literature) for accuracy
- Manage all social media accounts for the schemes
- Support departments across the business as and when required
- Preparing reports for the Board on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Already lives within a 40-minute commute of Leyland, Lancashire.
- The ability to analyse, interpret data and ensure reports are accurate from departments
- Problem-solving skills
- The ability to plan work and meet deadlines
- The ability to manage tight and often conflicting deadlines
- Understanding of project management
- Highly developed communication skills - written and verbal
- Organisation Skills to assess the priorities and manage time accordingly
- A methodical and logical approach
- Work independently or as part of a team
- Versatile and able to work across departments
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Experienced in managing social media accounts
