Account Manager

Based in Gillingham, Kent,**(although mainly remotely based from home)** my client is a world leader in providing Software, IT and Marketing Solutions Dental Practices throughout the UK and Ireland. They are seeking an experienced CustomerService Advisor to help manage a smooth transition onto software platforms whilst effectively managing customer expectations. IT experience is NOT essential for this role however it does require some customer service or call centre experience.
**Key Duties**
- To answer incoming calls and advise clients on the correct use of software **(IT experience is NOT essential)**:
- Primary point of contact for new customers as they embark on their customer onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth transition onto software platforms
- Supporting existing customers who purchase value-added products, ensuring a quick turnaround
- Professionally assisting and resolving customer questions quickly
- Maintain customer records by updating CRM systems to ensure accurate revenue reporting and invoicing is done accurately
- Working with multiple internal teams to ensure project timelines are met efficiently
Suitable applicants will ideally have a minimum of 1-2 years Customer Service / Call Centre experience, together with the ability to work well in a busy and challenging role. Applicants with call centre experience coupled with a relevant IT qualificationwould be ideal for this opportunity, or it may suit an applicant from a customer service background that is looking to progress their career.
Hours are 8.00am - 4.30pm, 8.45am - 5.15pm and 9.30am - 6.00pm on a rota basis, Monday - Friday.
