**International Client Administrator - Competitive Salary + Benefits - Remote/Glasgow**

**The Role
Are you fluent in both **English and French**? Are you an excellent verbal and written communicator with Microsoft office knowledge, looking to take on a new challenge? If so, we are looking for you.

You will be arranging medicals for senior employees of our clients and must have the highest customer services ethos. Applications are welcome from people based in any country, but this position requires fluent English and French. This role would be directemployment for a UK worker and self-employed associate contract for non-UK worker.

**Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of an International Client Administrator include, but are not limited to:

- Administration of our medical appointment and recall systems.
- Sourcing international medical providers who can perform the medicals we require and maintaining databases of provider qualifications and competencies.
- Making appointments for clients via our clinical networks and ensuring that all instructions to clients and providers are issued timeously.
- Recording and management of sensitive medical data.
- Assisting with client management reporting.

**The Person
The key skills and qualities of an International Client Administrator are:

- Ability to strictly follow training programme and learn new processes quickly.
- Accuracy, confidentiality and professionalism.
- Able to work under time/client pressures.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel.
- Strict adherence to IT security procedures.
- Clear diction.
- Good customer service ethos, interpersonal skills and organisational skills.
- Team worker who shows initiative and takes responsibility.
