Leaders Romans Group are looking for a Maintenance Operative to join us on a permanent basis covering Poole and Southampton branches.

In this Maintenance Operative role, day to day you can expect to:
**Undertake various tasks such as gardening, cleaning, jet washing, steam cleaning, fence staining, painting and decorating, window cleaning, gutter and soffit cleaning and a myriad of general repairs and maintenance tasks.**
To be considered for this role, you will need the following experience and skills:

- **We are looking for a multi skilled, conscientious and hardworking maintenance operative.**:

- **B**ackground in the building, gardening, maintenance industry with good all round DIY and manual skills, and be ready for work immediately.*
- **General knowledge of health and safety at work procedures will be advantageous and applicants should include any relevant qualification, although training will be given.**
- **Due to the nature of the role Applicants must be p**hysically fit and able to undertake manual work. Only applicants with the relevant previous experience will be considered.**:

- **The applicant must have the right to work in the UK and a full UK driving license, ideally with permission to drive C1 vehicles. A vehicle will be provided following induction training.**:

- **There will be a requirement to travel between Bournemouth, Southampton and Weymouth at certain times so an early start and late finish should sometimes be expected.**
