This is an exciting opportunity for a Community Engagement Lead to join our amazing team. We need you to take our young care home to the next level.

Connaught Care is a brand new, market leading company, with six homes open for business and a further six in development across England.

**We’re looking for someone EXTRAORDINARY.**

**The Chase**, our stunning new luxury care home in Huntingdon, is seeking a **Community Engagement Lead** to help put us on the map - literally This is a unique, short-term opportunity (3-month contract) for someone proactive, personable, and not afraid to knock on a few doors - goodies in hand

**What you'll be doing**:

- Spreading the word about The Chase in Huntingdon and surrounding areas
- Setting up meetings and building relationships with local businesses, organisations, and influencers
- Carrying out local research to connect us with the right people
- Attending events and community meet-ups
- Delivering a warm, personal experience in every interaction

**What we're looking for**:

- A confident, approachable personality with great communication skills
- A self-starter who’s happy working independently and on the move
- Experience in community engagement, sales, events, or outreach (desirable, but not essential)
- Someone who’s organised, enthusiastic, and creative in their approach
- A genuine interest in the care sector and the people we support
