The purpose of the role of Maintenance - Grounds Person is to be a multi-skilled operative who will assist with the daily running of the Home/Homes by becoming an effective and involved member of the team including carrying out various odd jobs such as performing repairs, maintaining property, performing renovations as and when required and tending to the grounds.

**The key responsibilities of our maintenance staff include**:

- You will be a team player
- Have good organisational skills.
- Experience of site maintenance and improvement or similar.
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
- Ability to complete basic records of work and expenditure incurred
- Proven joinery, plumbing, electrical, painting and decorating skills
- Full driving licence and own transport
