We are looking for passionate Care Assistants, working days/nights supporting the management team in the home to drive the care forwards.

**Nightingales Care Service LTD **is looking for carers to join our growing team of carers, covering homes in Accrington & Burnley

- A positive caring professional with experience in caring for residents with dementia.
- A keen eye and exceptional attention to detail.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to develop relationships with residents and carers, and where appropriate, friends and family.
- Someone who is motivated and takes pride in their work.
- To follow instructions accurately from management (i.e Manager, Deputy

Manager, Senior Nurse, Senior Carer) in the day to day running of eachindividual home.
- To provide assistance with washing/bathing and dressing.
- To prepare meals, drinks, and snacks, as and when necessary.
- To provide assistance with toileting and changing clothes, as and when

necessary.
- To provide assistance with daily living tasks, including cleaning, shopping, and

paying finances.
- To adhere by Nightingales Care Service Ltd Health and Safety policies.Enhanced DBS checks to be taken. E-Learning courses to be completed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: £10.42-£11.75 per hour

- Care home: 1 year (preferred)
- Home care: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
