**Full Job Description**

**Customer Collections Advisor - Energy**

**£20,500, rising to £21,500 + Bonus**

**40 Hours per week**

**Shifts between 8am - 8pm Mon-Fri and Sat 9am - 2pm**

**On site role**

**6 weeks fully paid training**

A fantastic opportunity for Customer Service Advisor’s to deliver exceptional service within the energy sector. Supporting customers through inbound and outbound calls, offering the best advice when they all for support. Speaking with customers who are experiencing financial difficulty, coming up with a suitable payment solution for the customer.

**Responsibilities**
- Handling inbound and outbound calls, providing a brilliant customer service on behalf of our clients.
- Building relationships to provide solutions to customers, wishing to change their contact and payment details.
- You will create with purpose by using problem solving skills, to find a positive outcome to any situation that may arise for a customer.

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle complex queries competently.
- Confident telephone manner demonstrating empathy for customers in challenging situations.

- Ability to problem solve in difficult situations to resolve complaints and find an appropriate solution with customers.
- Strong drive to achieve performance metrics, including quality and handling times.
- High level of attention to detail, adhering to the client’s processes and terms and conditions.
- Good resilience to increased demand and changes in process.
