The role starts at a basic salary of £19,500, with a potential to earn up to £26,000 as you develop in the role as a high performer. Based in our lovely modern offices, in St Neots, you will be joining our **passionate and energetic team**, with an ethos of strong family values.

**Main purpose of the role**

To provide support to personal lines customers and ensure retention of renewal business, servicing of existing accounts in line with the set Key Performance Indicators provided by the company, and in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.This is predominantly a customer service role that requires a sales approach to dealing with customers. There will be an element of outbound calling from various lead databases, as required by the company.

**Essential skills/experience**
- great communication skills, both written and verbal
- maths and IT compentency
- a 'can-do' attitude

**Desirable skills/experience**
- previous customer service experience
