We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will provide assistance and support to individuals with various needs, helping them to lead fulfilling and independent lives. **The Role**
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Support individuals in developing and maintaining social connections and participating in community activities
- Document observations, incidents, and any changes in behaviour or health status
- Implement individualised care plans and monitor progress towards goals
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for individuals
- Promote independence
- Respect Individuals choice
- Work as part of a team
- The ability to be patient, and flexible to help support residents to explore new interests and engage with new activities.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working as a Support Worker or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of person-centered care principles and practices
- Familiarity with relevant legislation and regulations pertaining to support services
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations

**Salary**: £10.42-£16.38 per hour
