**We’re looking for a QA Administrator to join the Score Group team based at our facility in Glenrothes.**

**About the role**
The QA Administrator will be responsible for the completion of any administration related work within their department. All work shall be carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures and work instructions. This is an opportunity for an experienced administrator to support our Glenrothes QA team with the day to day administration of all aspects of security and governance across the company.
**You and the role**
If you have previous experience supporting a fast-paced team, excellent administration skills, great attention to detail and a passion for providing a professional and friendly point of contact for documentation and administration queries and support to the IT staff and the wider company.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards and work instructions
- Manage telephone calls and enquiries
- General admin duties i.e. typing, data input, filing, scanning, meeting minutes
- Correspond and communicate professionally with both internal and external clients
- Update and utilise company systems - electronic and paper based

- Processing duties and systems administration
- Any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business
**Qualifications**
- Qualification to minimum SVQ level 3 in admin related discipline
- Systems training
- Sound working knowledge of MS Office package - Word, Excel & PowerPoint
**Experience**
- Relevant administration experience within Score (Europe) Limited or demonstrable experience in a similar role with another company
