With opportunities for progression and development,this role would suit an individual who thrives when working in a busy and fast paced environment.
**Your new role as Credit Controller**:
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
Contacting customers by telephone regarding the collection of debt in line with company policy and procedures.
Chasing all customers with overdue debt.
Building strong relationships with customers ensuring exceptional customer service.
Raising/assigning of invoices and credits.
Record all action taken on customer accounts.
Resolve queries and disputes with strong attention to detail.
Reconciliation of accounts.
Identify problem accounts and suggesting resolutions and actions to be taken.
At least 2 years Credit Control experience essential.
Computer literate.
Strong attention to detail in order to work accurately and effectively.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders.
**Your Reward & The Package on Offer**:
Salary £22,000-£26,000.
23 days plus bank holidays.
Pension contribution.
