**Sales Administrator**
Our client, a local leading company in their sector are in search of a **Sales Administrator** with previous experience to join their well-established team in Tyrone.
**Working Hours**: 9.00am to 5.00pm Mon - Thurs and 9.00am to 3.00pm Friday
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Ensure order and invoice accuracy
- Perform basic customer service functions, like answering questions or responding to enquiries
- Manage order delivery timeliness
- Compile sales reports and monitor sales efforts
- Invoice clients and process payments
- Update databases and customer records
- Communicate customer feedback
- Minimum of 1 years’ previous experience in a sales admin role
- Experience in using Microsoft Excel and Outlook is essential
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
