- To be passionate about teaching children
- Teamwork, able to work with others in a professional setting
- Be keen to take on new ideas and opportunities within the school
- Have a good understanding of classroom management and how to promote this through to the pupils
- Excellent communication skills working across different age groups
- Ability to create engaging lessons according to the curriculum and pupils needs
- Have some basic understanding on Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Patient, caring, flexible, teamwork and empathetic approach
- Professional and diligent demeanour
