**The role**
You will work as part of a wider team to support the delivery of a variety of projects including running conferences, creating print and digital educational materials for both health-related clients (pharmaceutical and medical devices).
- Tasks will include:
creating administrative documents
meeting delegate liaison and registration management
booking travel
sourcing venues and subsequent venue liaison
conducting logistics for virtual events
briefing suppliers
statistic data collection
creating and updating project plans and associated spreadsheet trackers
proof-reading, marking up, formatting and amending copy
**Experience and skills required**
**Experience in a similar role is essential.**
- Excellent organisational skills
- Self-motivated and
- Keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and PDF in a business setting
- High quality written and verbal communication skills in a customer facing environment
- Time management and prioritisation
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: Up to £15.00 per hour
