We are actively seeking a Hotel Night Porter who will be responsible for the Hotel, the guests and the operation during the night period and to ensure the safety and security of all guests and other team members.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain cleanliness of the property, including car park, lobbies, hallways, and common areas
- Assist with setting up and clearing down of events or meetings
- Complete nightly reports
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and residents
- Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and residents
- Assist with luggage handling as needed
- Set up for breakfast - as and when required

**What we are looking for**
- Previous experience as a Hotel Night Porter
- Strong hospitality and guest service skills
- Knowledge of hotel procedures
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
