Remuneration: £25,000 - £28,000

The role of the Installation Technician - Street Lights will involve:

- Installation Technician position preparing and installing permanent street lighting
- Prepare lighting ready for installation including programmes and assembly as required
- Prepare ground conditions ahead of install including scanning, digging, cement mixing and filling
- Install all street lights and columns to meet the customers’ requirements
- Respond to onsite issues, trouble shooting and resolving break downs
- Restock van at Bristol depot
- Transport all goods and parts to and from site ready for installation

The ideal applicant will be an Installation Technician - Street Lights - Lighting Towers with:

- Ideally will have previous street light / street furniture installation experience
- Site experience in construction, civils, rail or ground works would also be considered
- Ideally will have sound knowledge of electrical works
- Ideally will have CSCS & IPAF qualifications
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Full UK driving license
- Good knowledge of quality, environmental health and safety directives
