We're excited to hire our next Senior Call Centre Agent to act as a supervisor and adviser of a small team whilst providing excellent customer service within our Dudley Call Centre. £24638.83 (OTE 27158.83) + bonuses of up to £165 per month + company discount website (3000+ retailers)

What will you be doing?
You will be a key hire for our contact centre team, responsible for providing a world-class level of service to our customers from inbound calls. You will be resolving a range of customer queries as well as supporting, monitoring and training a team within our busy and dynamic call centre. You will lead by example, motivate and build strong relationships with both team members and customers.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Supporting the Team Leader in the general operation of your department
- Monitoring calls of team agents and carrying out quality checks, adherence and compliance, providing constructive feedback
- Coaching/developing through training of other agents in your team to support team targets
- Working towards KPIs as set by the Team Leader
- Carrying out any task or customer request asked of you and deal with any customer escalations from the team
- Monitoring the reports and escalating any as necessary.

To succeed in this role you must be a positive and motivated individual, adept at coaching others and able to deliver excellent customer service.

**We look for**:

- Experience of working in a call centre or a similar environment
- A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service against targeted objectives
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- An ability to make decisions when surrounded by a team of colleagues, as well as quality monitoring
- Someone who is open to change and innovation - common in our working environment
- Proof of taking action to improve on individual performance as well as helping others to do the same
