Fortis is a leading producer of IBAA (Incinerator Bottom Ash Aggregate), producing a sustainable aggregate which has been widely used in construction for over 20 years, and has been approved by the Environment Agency, Highways England and a number of local authorities. Fortis IBAA is a high-quality aggregate product produced from waste that would otherwise go to landfill, helping to preserve natural resources, lower carbon footprint of construction and divert municipal waste from landfill.

The role offers the opportunity to gather wide ranging experience in a geo discipline whilst supporting an ambitious growing sustainable business.
**The successful applicant will be required to**:
- Locate and interpret published geological and hydrogeological maps and data to determine supply sites’ environmental sensitivity.

- Work effectively as part of a team and with commercial partners and customers to provide an effective service, ensuring requirements and results are communicated in a timely manner.
- Be a strategic point of contact within the technical team.
- Provide sales and assessment analytics to the commercial function.
