This role is based at our main office and parking is provided

Hours of work: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Salary and Benefits: £12ph - £14ph depending on experience

Experience with Xero preferred but not essential

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Processing of transactions relating to Sales Ledger and Nominal ledger

Processing of transactions relating to Purchase Ledger

Processing payments over the phone

Responsible for the processing of financial transactions as well as efficient and effective administrative support to the finance department

**Administrative duties to include (but not restricted to)**:
Answering the telephone

Respond to general telephone enquiries, dealing with queries and forwarding to the relevant staff

Setting up jobs on WorkflowMAX (training provided)

Creating Job Packs for the site engineers

**WHAT DO I NEED TO SUCCEED?**

Experience in processing financial transactions such as invoices and journals

Strong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise own workload in a pressurised environment and tight deadlines

Strong communication skills (written, spoken, presentation) with the ability to engage effectively with staff at all levels

Excellent administrative skills and good IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages; Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook (Essential)

Has a strong attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.00-£14.00 per hour
