Boasting 7 stunning locations, a team of over 600 passionate individuals, an industry-leading food & drink menu, and, just to spice things up, 7 mascot alpacas.

Fuelled by the dream of being the top pub brand in The Midlands, they're on the lookout for extraordinary individuals to embody their values and ensure every guest is genuinely captivated by the Chilled Pub experience. **What’s on your creative checklist?**
- Creating engaging e-learning solutions that cater to every role, from pub heroes to our central support teams. Your mission? Project planning, exploring different platforms, and creating a suite of learning material that caters to mandatory, career development, and personal growth.
- Cultivating a learning culture through digital solutions. Imagine using cutting-edge communication platforms to connect, inform, and support our learners. Plus, designing mind-blowing campaigns to launch new digital training - it's all about making learning a legendary adventure
- Seeking feedback from our learners and stakeholders to fine-tune and elevate our digital development. Your radar will be on high alert, utilizing internal communication platforms and the Absorb LMS to gather insights and recommendations.
