Pool Helper

No experience needed.
**The job**:
Reporting into the Managing Director and working closely with the swim instructors & wider team, the Swim Helper will be responsible for:

- Signing in students and directing to their lessons.
- Helping all swim teachers so they are able to deliver scheduled swimming lessons.
- Helping with poolside tasks - keeping to our highest standards, creating an exceptional experience for our members.
- Helping to manage a safe and fun pool environment for all of our members including parents/guardians of our child members.
- Working, supporting and building strong bonds with teachers (L2), assistant teachers (L1).
- Following safeguarding processes and protocols to ensure ultimate safety of our younger members.

Your aura & credentials:
You are friendly and approachable and greet everyone with a smile. Your ability to connect with adults and children is off the chart - people just naturally get on with you, and you with them
You pride yourself on being proactive, full of energy with the desire to help make things better. You always have ideas and ways to improve, and are brave - unafraid to try things.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Professional and courteous to everyone you interact with.
- DBS checked.

**It would be great if**:
You are interested in becoming a swim teacher or lifeguard.
**Your commitment.**
This role is part time. Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the business.
Poolside on Saturdays and/or Wednesdays after school. New times and days may develop as the business grows. We are flexible and always try to give you hours that suit you.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance, Permanent
Part-time hours: 3-6 per week

**Salary**: £10.00 per hour
