We are looking to appoint an Assistant Team Leader to provide support with the day to day supervision of a team of Clinic Clerks, Admin Assistants and Ward Clerks. Applicants will have a good standard of education, together with proven administration and IT skills and a working knowledge of WPAS and other clinical systems.
The post holder will have the ability to act with a degree of independent judgement and under the guidance of the Team Leader will be responsible for assisting with the day to day supervision and coordination of the 10 team members whilst will playing an active role as a clinic clerk, and taking responsibility for an efficient administration service for Chemotherapy Patients, ensuring good standards of practice and deadlines are adhered to at all times.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
