**Temporary Purchasing & IT Administrator**

**ASAP start - 8 weeks with the opportunity to go permanent**

**Horsham - Hybrid or fully remote working available once training completed**

**£12.82 per hour**

Do you have experience using Oracle? Have you raised Purchase Orders? Are you available immediately for a Temp assignment?

Our client, an award winning 'best companies to work for', are looking for a strong Administrator to join them on a temporary basis for 8 weeks, starting ASAP. Reporting to the IT Project Manager, you will be providing administration support to the IT, Legal,Compliance and other departments within the business, your main duties include:

- Upkeep of written processes and documenting new processes for IT department
- Maintain and update pages on the intranet
- Working with the Procurement team to assist with day-to-day purchase order raising and processing
- Assist with the purchase of software, being mindful of budgets
- Providing analysis and stats on IT department's spending
- Building relationships with external suppliers
- Various other project related admin tasks and requests

You will a strong Administrator with experience in purchasing along with strong communication skills both written and verbal. Ideally you will have experience using Oracle and working with legal processes.
