**What will you do?**
You will support all the individuals we care for to live happy, healthy, and quality lives through the delivery of exceptional standards and personalised care. No two days will be the same, you will be managing the day-to-day running of the team and getting involved with various aspects of the home to ensure that in every single way our residents receive the highest quality of care possible.
**What do you need?**
You will be an experienced carer holding / or working towards Level 3 H&SC along with a genuine passion for people and the desire to ensure that people can live their best lives by being dedicated, thoughtful, reliable and the ability to work well with a team.
You will be required to be up to date with your Covid vaccinations (unless medically exempt), and any offer will be conditional on receipt of a DBS check (which will be funded by us).
