Implementation & Services Consultant

In this role, you will join a dynamic and growing project implementation team, helping our customers start their SAP Concur experience and enabling the Perfect Trip.

This is a dual role in which you will act as an Implementation Project Manager (IPM) and an Expertise & Care Consultant depending on the needs of the team.

As the Implementation Project Manager, you will:

- Own and manage the delivery of Customer projects within the defined implementation methodologies and timelines. Lead project calls, understand and analyse customer business requirements, provide guidance on optimal configuration options to meet customer needs, manage third-party and SAP Concur integrations, train customers and prepare deployment of service to employees.
- Manage customer expectations (internal and external) regarding project objectives, deliverables, timeframes, etc by understanding the key business drivers and their prioritisation.
- Successfully manage multiple/simultaneous implementations, ensuring issues are addressed.
- Join our team and complete project implementations within aggressive timeframes while consistently delivering exceptional levels of work quality and customer satisfaction.

As an Expertise & Care Consultant, you will:

- Work directly with identified administrators from customers that have purchased a version of our extended “Expertise & Care” service.
- Support such customers by managing queries logged via cases on the support portal. Such support includes maintaining, configuring, updating, and administering implemented SAP Concur entities, providing best practice advice and guidance.
- On customer requests, organise operational calls to discuss changes in the configuration.
**Qualifications**

Education, Experience & Skills required:

- BA/BSc or equivalent experience preferred.
- 2+ years’ experience in a related customer-facing role, such as implementation, consulting, project management or project coordination, or advanced customer support.
- Experience with software as a service (hosted) preferred.
- Experience in Finance or Travel industry or previous experience in ERP or HR is a plus.
- Hands on experience configuring software solutions to customer specifications.
- Must possess effective presentation skills as well as excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Strong problem resolution skills - proven ability to engage and interact with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Ability to confidently use knowledge and experience while consulting with customers on the best ways to meet their needs.
- Ability to be self-directed and work independently.
- Ability to communicate in English and pass a background check.
