**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Engage with customers, taking orders efficiently and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, demonstrating basic math skills for processing payments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and effective communication during busy periods.
- Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued.
- You'll be needed to work weekends when we have our functions, day or evening.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred.
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment.
