We are looking for a talented and experienced Maintenance Electrician to join our dynamic team and help us maintain our high standards of excellence.

If so, we want you to join our Maintenance team In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our car parks and equipment, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to keep our facilities running efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues to minimise downtime.
- Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical systems and components.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Complete ad hoc/monthly coin collection and ticket replenishment on P&S machines.
- Keep sites tidy and up to a good standard (including weeding and litter collecting).
- Install and remove signage to sites.
- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance projects.
- Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialised repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Complete site set up and installation (electrical and potentially groundwork will be required).

.Assist the company electrician with cable pulling, wiring installations, and general electrical support tasks

**Qualifications**:
**We are looking for an Approved Electrician with**:

- Driving license
- CSC Card (desirable)
- Proven experience as Labourer.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
