**Warehouse Agent**

The Warehouse Agent objectives are to ensure we are engaging with our customers, understanding their requirements and meeting all the deadlines. The person must have effective communication skills and be able to perform security tasks as required by the CAA.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To load and off-load freight onto and from vehicles.
- To place and retrieve freight in and from appropriate storage areas.
- To comply with the companies Health and Safety Policy and to be fully aware and adhere to the responsibilities as outlines in the policy.
- Build Cargo to Airline specifications.
- Load and unload Dangerous goods.
- To provide Customer, Airline Representatives and Officials with a high standard of service.
- To liaise with Operations with any queries or Operational requirements.
- To be able to work flexible working hours when necessary.
- Always maintain the highest standards of safety and security.
- To carry out other tasks deemed necessary and reasonable by the company.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Flexible to work on various shifts (days, evening, nights, weekends, and holidays).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate well and work as part of a team.
- Previous experience of working in an aviation environment.
- Good hand/eye coordination.
- Computer literacy skills.
- Work under pressure.
- Ability to accept responsibility.
- Motivated and hardworking.
- Forklift experience.
- The role involves lifting heavy goods so must be fit and able to lift up to 32Kg.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
