**Job Summary**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated front of house team member to join our vibrant team.

As a Front of house member you will be responsible for warmly welcoming seating customers, providing advice and information on menu's, table service of high quality food and drinks, communicating well with team members, prioritising tasks, clearing and organising tables, ensuring high levels of cleaning throughout the establishment, POS, cash handling and card payment operations.

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the Varied workspace stations, seating areas and communal use spaces
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards during food preparation and service.
- Assist customers in selecting beverages and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and assist in restocking as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries and resolving any issues promptly.

**Skills**
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing inventory.
- Strong time management abilities to efficiently serve customers during peak hours.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure a hygienic working environment.
- Experience in food preparation is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
- A friendly disposition with a willingness to help customers feel welcome and valued.
