Our client is a globally respected engineering organisation, providing white collar, Blue collar and engineering services to many sectors including energy, aerospace, marine and defence.

Due to exciting growth opportunities, our client is looking to fill a 35 Semi -Skilled Operator positions across their Derby facility on initial 12-month contacts. We are seeking enthusiastic and forward-thinking individuals to integrate into our existing teams across a variety of processes; machining, inspecting, chemical processing, blasting or polishing.
- Has process experience within the aerospace industry; advantageous, it is not essential
- Has experience of following technical instructions and records, and basic computer literacy
- Will be flexible to adapt to meet our business needs. The ability to work across a 2 or 3 shift pattern is essential
- Will comply with all Health, Safety and Environmental procedures, to take care of themselves and their colleagues

Job role opportunities include:

- Machine operator
- Dimensional Inspection
- NDT Inspection
- Chemical Processing
- Metal removal (including abrasive blast & polishing)

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
