**Designation **Graphic Designer

**Basic Objectives**
- Creating print and digital media by use of creative software
- Ability to draw out concepts and design ideas
- Designing packaging, marketing material and in-store point of sale
- Working with the design manager, visualising new concepts and generating mockups
for packaging
- Maintaining fluid communication with buyers and product suppliers

**Key Skills**

We’re looking for somebody with great communication and organisational skills. You’ll be comfortable working both independently and as part of the wider creative team. You will be familiar with working to deadlines and know how to manage your time well in a challenging and busy environment. You will have strong attention to detail, and you have working knowledge of how to prepare material for either print or digital outputs. Experience working with brand guidelines is essential.

Commerciality must be at the forefront of your creative and critical thinking. You understand how to stimulate a consumer into making a purchase. As this role has a heavy focus on packaging design, you must be able to identify the USPs of a product and make them “shine”

A solid working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is a must. Working knowledge of Premier Pro, After Effects, Dimensions and XD would be advantageous. You will need to be confident in your image retouching skills as well.

You will be required to have creative flare, be receptive to feedback, and understand when an idea does and doesn’t work and requires further development.

**Requirements**:
At least 2 years experience within a graphic design role (commercial would be a bonus).

Have a passion for design and creativity and be in tune with both design and commercial trends.

Show willingness to learn and develop.

The ability to be flexible in your work and prioritise jobs

A degree in graphic design or a similar discipline is essential.
